Refund policy

We accept returns only for unopened, unused items within 15 days after delivery for a refund.

If the return is due to our error: wrong item, defective item or shipping mistake, we will cover return shipping cost.

Personal reason returns: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Any item that has been opened, used, installed, activated or damaged is not eligible for return or refund.

We do not accept returns for damage caused by improper use, disassembly or man-made impact.

All extra shipping fees paid in the original order are non-refundable.

Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item in resalable condition.
