Q: Where are you and when will I receive my order?
A: We're located in Shenzhen, China. Currently all orders are shipped from Shenzhen and the delivery is about 4-14 days, you can find here the estimated shipping days for some countries

Q: When will my order be shipped out?
A: Our orders will be shipped out in 1-2 days. For items without inventory, it may take 1-3 days to be restocked, sometimes it maybe longer.

Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship out your order. Contact us if you do not receive it.
